Our service to external UNE students is a flat rate delivery fee using Australia Post.
- You order today, track your package tomorrow. (weekdays) *subject to all items of order in stock.
- We use Australia Post’s awesome EParcel delivery system.
- Australia Post sends you updates on your package from us to your door. (Check your
Junk folder if you don’t see them).

Delivery Options
Flat Rate Shipping
National (Australia only) EParcel: You will receive emails from Australia Post with links to track your package each step of the way to you within 24 hours (business days) of the parcel leaving our store. Check your Junk email should you not see them in your Inbox. We advise you to contact your Australia Post branch if you feel there is a delay in receiving parcels, as you may not receive a physical card in your letterbox.

International Shipping
For international orders you are able to choose between ECI (Express Courier International) or Airmail from the drop down menu. UCB recommends using ECI as it is traceable with tracking numbers you will have access to. Airmail is a more cost-effective solution as an alternative. Please allow extra time for shipment with Airmail.
ECI: Country restrictions apply. Australia Post’s Express Courier International service is United Campus Bookshops preferred way to make sure your items are received.

Airmail: You will be using Australia Post’s Regular Air Parcel Service. This has no tracking capability and although the service is generally trouble free, United Campus Bookshops cannot insure or guarantee successful delivery. Please be aware we DO NOT replace or refund on this basis as items do usually arrive in their own time. If this concerns you or the country you are residing in shows a non-reliable service, we strongly suggest you use the alternative Express Courier International postage option available in the drop down box. Delivery times are advised at between 3 – 10 days worldwide excluding customs delays.
